The results for city elections throughout Clinton County are:

• In Andover, mayoral candidate Glen Naeve was elected instead of opponent Rowland Behrends. Roger Wilke, Robert Naeve, Jason Johnson, Kevin Dierks and Leslie Schroeder were elected for the five council-at-large positions.

• In Calamus, Terry A. Steines ran unopposed for mayor. For the council-at-large positions, Leon Dieckmann, Donald Haack and Thomas M. McMahon were elected.

• Peggy Sellnau beat Marty J. Jahn for mayor in Charlotte. Kellee Clarke and Perry Lamp were chosen for the two council-at-large positions.

• Patty Hardin ran unopposed for mayor in Delmar. David Frett, Doug Goodall and Steve Jebsen were elected for council-at-large.

• In DeWitt, Donald J. Thiltgen ran unopposed for mayor. Kurt Ketelsen and Verlyn R. Scheckel were elected council-at-large. Luanne Smith was elected to the council for the first ward.

• Christina Schneider ran unopposed for mayor in Goose Lake. Patsey C. Farrell and Kim Point were elected for council-at-large.

• In Grand Mound, Daniel Behr ran unopposed for mayor. Michael Lawson and Darrell Warren were elected for council-at-large.

• In Lost Nation, James Schroeder ran unopposed for mayor. Council-at-large positions will filled by Sharon K. Steiner and Gary Spinler.

• Richard Melan ran against Tom Goldensoph and was elected mayor in Low Moor. Council-at-large positions went to Brenda Larkey, Robert Keller, Brandi Smith, Carl Greve and Winston Rock.

• In Toronto, Amber Hayes beat Brenda Kay for mayor. Council-at-large seats went to William E. Eiselstein, Bruce Ewoldt, Brenda Kay, Elba Scheper and Dana Pelley.

• Glen D. Boswell beat Leann G. Larsen in the mayoral race in Welton. Dena Manderscheid and Ed Novak were elected to council-at-large.

• In Wheatland, Virgil Noel ran unopposed for mayor. Council-at-large seats went to Dixie Woolard, Kathleen M. Rohling and Paul Stankee.
