MAQUOKETA — The Jackson County Sheriff’s department has made an arrest in a burglary which occurred in early March in rural Bellevue.

Terry Pinaire, 45, of Maquoketa, has been charged with a Class D Felony of third degree burglary in relation to the March 9 burglary at the Irene Wyatt residence in Bellevue. According to a Jackson County press release, Sheriff Russ Kettmann and deputies executed search warrants at the residence of Terry Pinaire. A second search warrant was executed at a storage unit in Clinton. A majority of the items taken from the Wyatt residence have been recovered during the execution of the search warrants.

The investigation is ongoing. Additional charges are pending on Pinaire and other suspects.
