FULTON, Ill. — Elizabeth Cady, age 67, of Fulton, died Sunday, March 22, 2009, at Mercy North Medical Center in Clinton.

Elizabeth was born November 11, 1941, in Iowa City, Iowa, the daughter of Frank and Mary (Migasi) Barry. She married Mick Cady on November 21, 1959, in Clinton, IA. She was a homemaker and loved caring for her dogs, Button and Gypsy. She also enjoyed going to the casino.

Survivors include her husband, Mick of Fulton; one daughter, Kim (Walt) Prisk of Moline; one son, Vince Cady of Fulton; one brother, Norbert (Lorraine) Barry; and two grandchildren, Anthony and Emma Cady.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, March 26, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Fulton with the Reverend David M. Austin officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 25, 2009, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the McDonald Funeral Home in Fulton. Burial will be at Calvary Hill Cemetery in Fulton.

A memorial has been established to the Clinton Humane Society.
