CLINTON — A local resident may be walking around $200,000 richer, and not even know it.

On May 6, at Porter’s Convenience Store, 1512 Lincolnway, someone purchased a winning Iowa Lottery Powerball ticket, and has not claimed the $200,000 prize. The unknown winner correctly guessed the first five numbers, but not the powerball number.

The ticket would have been worth $1 million if all the numbers and the powerball were correct. Tickets can be claimed at the lottery office in Cedar Rapids or Des Moines.

Porters can print a claim ticket on site, but cannot pay out the prize.
