---- — DAVENPORT — Caroline Ruhl and John G. Ruhl have joined forces to create a new commercial real-estate company. Premier Partners, the third largest firm in the region, also is merging with the new company.

The new company has acquired the assets of NAI Ruhl&Ruhl Commercial Company from Chuck Ruhl, Jr., who is not associated with the new company. The asset purchase was completed Dec. 1, 2013. Investors in the new company are Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors, the residential company, led by Caroline Ruhl, and John G. Ruhl, president of the new NAI Ruhl Commercial Company. Chris Beason is the Illinois Managing Broker and also an owner of the new company. The name of the new company is NAI Ruhl Commercial Company.

NAI Ruhl Commercial Company is a full-service commercial real-estate company, offering brokerage services, as well as property management and maintenance services.

The main office is located at 5111 Utica Ridge Road, Davenport. The company also has branch offices in Galena and Iowa City.

NAI Ruhl Commercial Company is the largest commercial real estate company in the region, with over 51 percent market share as of Dec, 5. And with the addition of the Premier agents, whose production isn’t yet included in Ruhl market share, they have an energized team ready to take 2014 by storm.

“I am extremely excited about the Premier associates joining our team,” said John G. Ruhl. “Chris Wilkins, Jeff Heuer and Tom Carroll are all professionals that we have admired for some time. This association further solidifies our position in the marketplace as the leading full-service commercial real-estate firm.”

“We are thrilled with the potential synergy between our 350 residential agents and staff and the 32 commercial agents and staff,” Caroline Ruhl said. “We are focused on building relationships between the two teams to generate the best service for our clients and to refer as much business to each other as possible.”
