---- — DEWITT — A DeWitt bank will earn an integrity award.
DeWitt Bank and Trust has won a Quad Cities Better Business Bureau Integrity award.
BBB President Chris Coleman said these awards showcase businesses that uphold trust, reliability and ethics.
DeWitt Bank and Trust President and CEO Greg Gannon said the organization was flattered to be nominated for the award.
“To be a recipient is truly gratifying, as it confirms the high standards of integrity our employees uphold every day,” Gannon said.
The DeWitt bank was the only non-Davenport business to earn an integrity award.
Two local high school seniors also were honored for integrity. Central Community High School in DeWitt senior Brooke Chapman and Clinton High School senior Jacob Simpson earned $2,500 scholarships from the organization.
Recipients of these awards will be honored at a reception Thursday in Rock Island, Ill.
