Grain futures higher, livestock prices lower

---- — CHICAGO — Grains futures were mostly lower Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery fell 4.25 cents to $6.5950 a bushel; December corn fell 5.50 cents to $4.8075 a bushel; December oats were 1.25 cents lower at $3.4850 a bushel; while November soybeans advanced 2.25 cents to $13.7275 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork prices were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle rose .20 cent to $1.2692 a pound; October feeder cattle was .67 cent higher at $1.5762 a pound; while October lean hogs were .52 cent lower at $.8605 a pound.
