---- — The Camanche City Council met at Tuesday. The following occurred:
• The council spoke with a resident who would like to buy the T-intersection at Fourth Street and Fourth Avenue, currently leased as an access road by Artco, so he can build out his residence without having to worry about the setback requirement. The council told his to get an official survey so a potential price could be determined.
• The council approved a bid of $510 for the sale of a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria.
• The council approved contacting a health insurance adviser.
• A budget workshop was scheduled for 6 p.m. Jan. 14. Concerns were expressed about setting the meeting without the new councilmen present. The council decided to set the time and see if it works.
