Assault

• Matthew A. Pothof, 31, 1110 S. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to assault and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. • Matthew L. Dean, 29, 721 S. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to contempt, violation of no-contact/protective order and was ordered to serve 11 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for 11 days served.

Criminal mischief

• Shayla L. Kuhse, 24, 216 1/2 Eighth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief and was ordered to serve 60 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 29 days suspended and credit for 31 days served. A $315 fine was suspended. She was accused on April 28 by the Clinton Police Department.

Disorderly conduct

• Conner C. Galloway, 24, 2722 Roosevelt St., pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, loud or raucous noise, and was fined $100. He was accused on May 8 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Ariel K. Snodgrass, 21, 428 Second Ave. North, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, fighting or violent behavior, and was fined $200. She was accused on May 26 by the Clinton Police Department.

Drugs

• Aubrey C. Brooks Davis, 30, 422 Gleenwood Place, Apt. 12, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was ordered to serve 90 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 89 days suspended and credit for one day served, and was fined $500. She was accused on July 16 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Jared M. Ernst, 19, 3610 Horseshoe Drive, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was granted a deferred judgement. He was accused on April 20 by the Clinton County Sheriff's Office.

• Thomas E. Holman, 30, of Sabula, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 29 days suspended and credit for one day served, and was fined $315. He was accused on April 6 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Khajadshi A. McMahan, 23, of Fulton, Illinois, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was granted a deferred judgement. A $515 civil penalty was imposed. One count of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed. McMahan was accused on April 22 by the Camanche Police Department.

Interference with official acts

Theft

• Willie Cherry IV, 43, 441 Second Ave. South, Apt. 5, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was fined $65. He was accused on May 8 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Jessica D. Hull, 26, 438 11th Ave. South. pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was fined $185. She was accused on May 8 by the Clinton Police Department.
