CLINTON — The Clinton County Area Solid Waste Agency will contact HR consultant Paul Greufe about questions regarding an employee handbook he created.
CCASWA Director of Operations and Education Brad Seward presented the board with the new handbook Thursday night. This 14-page document highlights policies on harassment, outside employment, insurance, sick leave, holidays, grounds and procedures for disciplinary actions, safety procedures and more.
Seward explained to the board that Greufe was unable to attend Thursday’s meeting and suggested they try to have him come to the January meeting. He said this would allow the board to direct questions and opinions to Greufe.
“He wants your input. He doesn’t want to go in blindly,” Seward said.
Employees attending the meeting also asked if they could contact Greufe with any human resources questions. Seward said he could try to get him to meet with employees.
