October 11 — The city of Clinton submitted false claims to Medicare, which was in direct connection to the city's failure to train its billing staff, an ambulance billing and coding expert retained by Michael Walker testified in court Friday.

Day 10: Expert witness says Walker committed malpractice

October 10 — An expert hired by the city of Clinton testified Thursday that attorney Michael Walker and his law firm committed legal malpractice when they defended the city of Clinton against a federal False Claims Act case filed by former firefighter Timothy Schultheis.
