CLINTON — Registrations are being accepted for Puppy Kindergarten and dog obedience classes to be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursdays from Oct. 26 through Dec. 7 at the Bathhouse at Riverview Park.

Dogs must be at least 12 weeks old and no older than 5 months to attend Puppy Kindergarten. They must have proof of Parvo, Distemper and Bordetella shots. A training leash and collar are required. This class is designed to teach people how to prevent common problems and the elimination of existing ones such as chewing, excessive barking, house soiling and aggression.

For the dog obedience class, dogs must be at least 6 months old and have proof of rabies vaccinations. The class will help people learn how to train their dog by being consistent with commands and by knowing verbal and hand signals.

Registration deadline is Oct. 19 and the fee is $37. Late registration fee is $44, if availability permits.
