CLINTON — Wild Rose Casino & Resort has announced that the Bellamy Brothers will be performing in the Oakwood Grand Ballroom on New Year’s Eve, Sunday, Dec. 31. Performance time is scheduled for 8 p.m. Tickets are $20; tax and convenience fees are not included.

The Bellamy Brothers’ journey to fame has been as unique as their music. They started out on the pop music charts in the 1970s and took a winding turn into country music in the 1980s.

Howard and David Bellamy have had a string of 14 number one hits in the U.S., numerous Grammy nods, and created the “Duo” category in country music. The brothers still hold the record for most duo nominations in the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association. Their music is now celebrating 40 years of success and their live shows have drawn in country music fans from all generations.

Their many hits include “Let Your Love Flow,” “If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body Would You Hold It Against Me,” “Redneck Girl,” “You Ain’t Just Whistlin’ Dixie,” “Old Hippie,” “Kids Of The Baby Boom” and “Too Much Is Not Enough.”
