Students named to Augustana Dean's List

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. — Augustana College announced 839 students were named to the Dean’s List for the 2013 fall term. Students who have earned this academic honor have maintained a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher on a four-point scale for courses taken during the term.

Local students honored with this designation include:

• Hiba Ansari from Clinton, a senior majoring in business administration — international business;

• Chad Martens from Erie, Ill., a junior majoring in pre-medicine;

• Sara Naftzger from Albany, Ill., a freshman majoring in undecided; and

• Lindsey Nicolaysen from Fulton, a junior majoring in computer science.
