AMES — Six Iowa State University Army ROTC student cadets have won national scholarships. A total of 41 scholarships were given nationwide through the Cadet Command Civilian Sponsored Scholarship Program.
The scholarships are available to seniors from 273 Army ROTC programs in the country. They are awarded on academic and ROTC performance, campus activities, a written essay and successful completion of the Leader Development Assessment Course.
Anthony Stoll of Camanche won the Combined United Services Automobile Association Scholarship. He majors in industrial technology/occupational safety and is a graduate of Camanche High School.
