CLINTON — Citizens First Bank will showcase its remodeled main branch this week.
An open house for the 1442 Lincoln Way office will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday at the office. Citizens First Bank first opened for business on March 14, 2000, making theist he bank’s 14th year in business. The facility also is undergoing an expansion.
The open house will include a tour of the expanded building and chance to win a gift card worth up to $500.
Citizens First Bank President and CEO Thomas Soenksen has appreciated the community’s attitude toward construction.
“The neighborhood as well as entire community have been very understanding during our expansion project,” Soenksen, said. “We could not have asked for better cooperation and look forward to a terrific anniversary open house. Our commitment to the area is stronger than ever and we look forward to further developing positive relationships for years to come.”
The expansion has almost doubled the size of the initial building, which serves as headquarters for Citizens First Bank. The 3,900 square-foot addition, plus the enhanced original building, brings the total facility to 7,950 square feet.
The building’s expansion includes a lower level and main level.
The main level houses a customer reception area, switchboard, an Internet/mobile kiosk, customer service and tellers.The lower level showcases offices as well as an art meeting/training room.
