---- — CAMANCHE — Iowa City Regina scored four runs in the top of the sixth to put away Camanche 10-2 on Thursday in River Valley Conference baseball.
The Regals had four extra-base hits, including a home run and a double from Jack Brinkman. Regina’s Payton Raso had three hits and two RBIs, as well.
Tanner Atkinson and Kyler Campie each had an RBI for the Indians. Blake Bialas and Seth Boysen each had two hits.
“Blake had a good game with the bat and played very well defensively, making a diving unassisted double play to save a couple of runs,” Camanche coach Darryl Cochran said.
