HARASSMENT: James R. Lusk, 28, 113 Stork St., was charged Aug. 7 with second-degree harassment.
LARCENY: Leo R. Wodrich III, 16, 510 West Ave., was charged Aug. 7 with petit larceny.
LARCENY: Frank S. Colosimo, 20, 202 Eagle St., was charged Aug. 8 with petit larceny.
LARCENY: Eric S. Munzel, 25, 510 West Ave., was charged Aug. 9 with petit larceny. Munzel is due Sept. 14 in Medina Village Court.
CONDUCT: Maurice A. Glasco, 31, 507 W. Center St., was charged Aug. 9 with disorderly conduct and second-degree obstructing governmental administration.
POSSESSION: Michael R. Lemaine, 18, 510 E. Oak Orchard St., was charged Aug. 10 with unlawful possession of marijuana.
CONDUCT: Eugina T. Shine, 41, 510 E. Oak Orchard St., was charged Aug. 10 with disorderly conduct.
BURGLARY: Gregory J. Thompson, 40, 432 E. Center St., was charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny.
Albion
HARASSMENT: Todd D. Blair, 36, Albion, was charged Friday with second-degree harassment. Blair is due Tuesday in Albion Town Court.
HARASSMENT: Harry E. Drake, 68, Albion, was charged Saturday with second-degree harassment. Drake is due Wednesday in Albion Town Court.
Holley
MARIJUANA: Ricky A. Laws, 40, 362 Roycroft Drive, Rochester, was charged Friday with unlawful possession of marijuana. Laws is due Aug. 27 in Murray Town Court.
DWI: Benjamin L. Crews, 52, 280 Hamilton St., Albion, was charged with driving while intoxicated Aug. 5. Holley police officers stopped Crews for reportedly striking a curb and driving up on a sidewalk. Crews is due Thursday in Murray Town Court.
HARASSMENT: Penthea J. Curtis, 41, 2 White St., Holley, was charged Friday with second-degree harassment. Holley police arrested Curtis after she allegedly had a verbal altercation with the victim that turned physical. Curtis is scheduled to appear Aug. 27 in Murray Town Court.
