Eloise J. ‘Ellie’ Evans

FULTON, Ill. — Eloise J. “Ellie” Evans, 68, of Fulton, died Thursday, November 12, 2009, at home. Cremation rites have been accorded and all services will be private. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with the arrangements.

Eloise Jean Prigga was born on June 25, 1941, in Beatrice, NE, the daughter of Eugene and Lara (Gould) Prigga. She married James J. Evans on October 18, 1958, in Fulton.

She had been employed for many years as a clerk with Kmart and later with Kohls.

She is survived by her husband James of Fulton, 3 children, 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
