CLINTON — Habitat for Humanity of Clinton County is seeking members to fill vacancies on the board of directors. Terms of office run for two years.
Habitat for Humanity is a locally run affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing organization. Habitat works in partnership with people in need to build affordable housing. The homes are then sold at no profit and with no interest charged.
The Clinton County Habitat for Humanity organization has announced that board elections will be held at their Oct. 14 meeting.
Current board officials are: Doug Haley, president; Bob Hoffman, vice president; Rick Guemmer, treasurer; and Anne Schmidt, secretary. Board members are: Larry Dennis, Marvin Grager, Chuck Havener, Mike Hilgendorf, Robin Marlowe, Art Ollie and Ray Smith.
