Special to the Herald
The YWCA is currently taking registrations for swimming lessons at the YWCA pool.
Registration for the next session will run through Friday. Group lessons at the YWCA pool start Monday and meet once per week for six weeks.
The YWCA offers a variety of swimming lessons for various ages and skill levels including preschool and youth lessons, as well as the YWCA’s parent-child classes, called “Splash Club.” Lesson times and dates are listed on the Youth Aquatics page at www.ywcaclinton.org.
Group swimming lessons are free to YWCA family and single parent activity members. Community members also are welcome and may pay for swimming lessons by session.
Semi-private and private lessons also are offered for children and adults and are scheduled based on instructor availability.
