The Artie Shaw Orchestra will perform at the Ohnward Fine Arts Center in March.
The event will feature clarinetist/saxophonist Matt Koza, along with the band, at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 10, at the fine arts center.
Shaw was known for his role as a 1930s and ’40s jazz bandleader and clarinetist, known as the “King of the Clarinet.”
The Artie Shaw Orchestra is touring under the direction of Koza.
True Restaurant, 17961 33rd St., in Maquoketa, is offering an after-show dinner.
The menu will include bread, grilled chicken breast, sirloin steak, whipped potatoes, vegetable medley, baked salmon, salad and a dessert table.
Also beer, wine and champagne will be available.
All tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Show and dinner tickets are $45.
