Clinton resident to perform at Simpson

— INDIANOLA — Jess Drobot of Clinton will be performing as Jelena in the play “Necessary Targets” at Simpson College.
The play is based on interviews by Eve Ensler, author of the Vagina Monologues, with women who survived the civil war in the former Yugoslavia. This production is directed by Ann Woldt, associate professor of theatre at Simpson College.
The play will be performed at 7:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday; 1 p.m. Sunday; 7:30 p.m. Oct. 30-31, Nov. 1; and at 1 p.m. Nov. 2 at Barnum Studio Theatre.
