Expo offers women chance to find, define personal style

CLINTON — Area women are invited to  the Clinton Herald’s 2013 Ultimate Holiday Women’s Expo on Tuesday evening.

Kathy Huizenga of the Clinton Herald said this is an opportunity for women to explore their personal style and uncover their passions. This free event will run from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Wild Rose Event Center,777 Wild Rose Drive.

“A casual atmosphere and an evening of holiday fun, what could be better,” Huizenga said. “Over 35 unique artisans, boutiques and experts will make the evening a night you won’t forget.”

This event, sponsored by Don’s Jewelry, will feature a fashion and jewelry show, as well as a live radio remote from 5 to 7 p.m. with Ron Evans from Mix 96. Attendees will have a chance to try free samples, watch demonstrations, participate in tastings and register for holiday gift cards. Women can also check out beauty products, home products, health and wellness ideas and much more.

“You deserve a night just for you,” Huizenga said. “Come spend a ladies’ night out with your girlfriends and get a wonderful start on your Christmas shopping.”

This expo actually is the second of this year hosted by the Herald. Huizenga said the March event saw more than 600 ladies in attendance.

“We had such great response with our first expo that it seemed like a perfect time of the year to host a Holiday Women’s Expo,” Huizenga said.
