n Benjamin A. Soibel, 26, 538 Sixth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to contempt, violation of no-contact/protective order and was fined $100. He was accused Oct. 21 by the Clinton Police Department.

Disorderly conduct

n Kevin D. Porter, 51, 643 Sixth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, fighting or violent behavior, and was fined $65. He pleaded guilty to contempt, violation of no-contact/protective order and was ordered to serve seven days in the Clinton County Jail with credit for seven days served. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt, violation of no-contact/protective order, were dismissed. Porter was accused Sept. 10 by the Clinton Police Department.

Driving while license denied or revoked

n Lindsey A. Kuelper, 23, 431 Second Ave. North, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied or revoked and was fined $1,000. Kuelper was accused on Aug. 17 by the Clinton Police Department.

Drugs

n Zachary P. Barber, 20, of Albany, Illinois, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense and was granted a deferred judgment. He was assessed a $515 civil penalty. Barber was accused Sept. 15 by the Clinton Police Department.

n Ronald L. Genco III, 24, 831 Orchard Lane, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was granted a deferred judgment. A $515 civil penalty was assessed. He was accused Sept. 26 by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.

n Sarah R. Mahoney, 26, of Sabula, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, second offense, and was ordered to serve 240 days in the Clinton County Jail with 240 days suspended and credit for one day served and was fined $625. She pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, second offense, and was ordered to serve 240 days in the Clinton County Jail with 240 days suspended and credit for one day served. McLoyd, 27, 822 Seventh Ave. South, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, third or subsequent offense, and was ordered to serve 180 days in the Clinton County Jail with 90 days suspended and credit for one day served and was fined $625. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, and had a prison sentence not to exceed five years suspended and was fined $750. He was accused Aug. 17 by the Clinton Police Department.

n Brent R. Madsen, 28, of Camanche, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $65. He was accused Oct. 27 by the Clinton Police Department.

n Jessie D. Stiner, 38, 706 Sixth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, first offense, and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Clinton County Jail with 29 days suspended and credit for one day served and was fined $315. Stiner was accused Sept. 12 by the Clinton Police Department.

Leaving scene of an accident

• Terrell J. McLoyd, 27, 822 Seventh Ave. South, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of accident, injury, and was ordered to serve 90 days in the Clinton County jail with credit for one day served. A $315 fine was suspended. One count of driving while license denied or revoked was dismissed. He was accused July 15 by the Clinton Police Department.

Public intoxication

• Rosalin M. Aadland, 40, 2714 Roosevelt St., pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $65. She pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, loud or raucous noise, and was fined $65. She was accused on Nov. 4 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Calvin W. Berlin, 22, 266 18th Place, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $100. He was accused Oct. 28 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Robert D. Farmer, 56, address not available, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail with credit for time served. He was accused Oct. 31 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Allan J. Gronwaldt, 26, 5000 Lincoln Way, Lot 60, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $100. He was accused Oct. 29 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Thomas E. Hopkins, 54, 1921 Pershing Blvd., pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $65. He was accused Nov. 4 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Joshua M. Kohl, 29, 745 First Ave., pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $100. He was accused Oct. 28 by the Clinton Police Department.

Theft

• Derrick W. Apostolos, 46, of Fulton, Illinois, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail with credit for time served. He pleaded guilty to a second count of fifth-degree theft and was fined $65. He was accused Nov. 1 by the Clinton Police Department.
