Assault

• Tyler J. Dunn, 26, of Bryant, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse-assault, first offense, and was granted a deferred judgement. He was accused on Nov. 18 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Warren L. Mitchell, 62, 741 First Ave., pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury or mental illness and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 27 days suspended and credit for one day served. A $315 fine was suspended. He was accused on Nov. 9 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Marvell L.R. Robinson Sr., 32, 850 First Ave., Apt. 1B, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse-assault, first offense, and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 26 days suspended and credit for two days served. He was accused on March 27 by the Clinton Police Department.

Contempt

• Matthew L. Dean, 29, 721 S. Sixth St., was found guilty by court of contempt, violation of a no-contact/protective order and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 23 days suspended.

• Eric R. Shafer, 32, 2323 Garfield St., pleaded guilty to contempt, violation of a no-contact/protective order and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for seven days served. He was accused on Dec. 21 by the Clinton Police Department.

Disorderly conduct

• Desmond Spivey, 36, 1233 Second Ave. South, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, loud or raucous noise, and was fined $65. He was accused on Nov. 29 by the Clinton Police Department.

Driving while barred

• Devin R. Baldwin, 19, 808 N. Bluff Blvd., Apt. 119, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. Baldwin pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. A $315 fine was suspended. Baldwin was accused on Nov. 14 by the Clinton Police Department.

Drugs

• Brennon E. Brunson, 23, 1027 16th Ave. Northwest, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, second offense, and was ordered to serve 90 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 89 days suspended and credit for one day served, and was fined $500. Brunson was accused on Nov. 1 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Brian K. Green, 46, of DeWitt, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was ordered to serve 180 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 180 days suspended. Green was fined $500. He was accused on Oct. 7 by the DeWitt Police Department.

• Christine M. Holzerland, 59, 514 1/2 Sixth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was ordered to serve 90 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 90 days suspended, and was fined $500. Holzerland was accused on Oct. 30 by the Camanche Police Department.

• Taylor E. Morris, 20, of Camanche, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was granted a deferred judgement. A $315 civil penalty was imposed and Morris was ordered to complete 30 hours of community service. Morris was accused on Nov. 1 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Charity M. Reese, 24, of Ferrelview, Missouri, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was granted a deferred judgement. A $65 civil penalty was assessed. She was accused on December 6, 2012.

Supplying alcohol to person under legal age

• Erin E. Beal, 41, 1133 Eighth Ave. North, pleaded guilty to employee supplying alcohol to a person under legal age and was fined $500. Beal was accused on Nov. 4 by the Camanche Police Department.

Fraudulent practice

• Timothy M. Johnson, 49, 2113 1/2 Garfield St., pleaded guilty to fifth-degree fraudulent practice and was ordered to serve three days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for two days served. He was accused on Nov. 15 by the Clinton Police Department.

Interference with official acts

• Jason A.L. Graham, 26, of Morrison, Illinois, was found guilty by court of interference with official acts and was fined $250. Graham was accused on Nov. 26 by the Clinton Police Department.

Public intoxication

• Dairramey C. Moore, 31, of Sabula, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $100. One count of disorderly conduct, fighting or violent behavior, was dismissed. Moore was accused on Nov. 26 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Jeffrey A. Wright, 27, 613 Locust Place, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $100. Wright pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and was fined $250. He was accused on Dec. 22 by the Clinton Police Department.

Sex offender registration violation

• Daniel R. Rainville II, 21, 324 Second Ave. South, pleaded guilty to sex offender registration violation, second or subsequent offense, and had a prison sentence not to exceed five years suspended. Rainville II was fined $750. He was accused on Sept. 6 by the Clinton County Sheriff's Office.

Theft

• Paul D. Holzerland, 56, 1261 13th Ave. North, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft and was ordered to serve 120 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 119 days suspended and credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. He was accused on Oct. 25 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Skylar D. Redmon, 19, of DeWitt, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was fined $65. Redmon was accused on April 7 by the Clinton Police Department.

Unauthorized used of credit card

• Chelsey B. Keller, 20, 252 21st Place, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,000 and was granted a deferred judgement. She was assessed a $1,000 civil penalty. One count of third-degree burglary, motor vehicle, was dismissed. Keller was accused on Oct. 9 by the Clinton Police Department.

Violation of conditions of restricted license

• Timothy C. Callahan, 29, 2348 N. Eighth St., pleaded guilty to violation of conditions of restricted license and was fined $250. He was accused on Nov. 16 by the Clinton County Sheriff's Office.

Violation of probation

• Jeremy W. Anderson, 31, 817 20th Ave. North, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was ordered to serve two days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for two days served. A petition to revoke was filed on Dec. 1.

• Dairramey C. Moore, 31, of Sabula, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was ordered to serve two days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for two days served. A petition to revoke was filed on Dec. 1.

• Santana M. Padilla, 19, 431 Fifth Ave. South, Apt. 9, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was ordered to serve 90 days in the Clinton County Jail. A petition to revoke was filed on Nov. 29.
