Dismissed

• A charge of child endangerment against Andrea L. Kunavich, 35, of Camanche, was dismissed. She was accused on June 29 by the Camanche Police Department.

Assault

• Heather M. Baker, 34, 1335 15th Ave. South, pleaded guilty to assault on persons in certain occupations, bodily injury, and was ordered to serve 120 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 115 days suspended and credit for three days served. A $625 fine was suspended. Baker pleaded guilty to eluding and was ordered to serve 120 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 115 days suspended and credit for three days served. A $315 fine was suspended. She was accused on Sept. 21 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Jonathan L. Borah, 28, 1109 First Ave., pleaded guilty to domestic abuse-assault, first offense, and was ordered to serve 21 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 17 days suspended and credit for two days served. A $315 fine was suspended. He was accused on Dec. 25 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Cory R. Klein, 29, of Savanna, Illinois, pleaded guilty to assault and was fined $100. One count of obstruction of emergency communications was dismissed. Klein was accused on May 13 by the Clinton Police Department.

Contempt

• Edward R. Ferguson, 35, 1012 S. Ninth St., pleaded guilty to contempt, violation of no-contact/protective order and was ordered to serve seven days in the Clinton County Jail.

• Erika L. Peska, 27, 735 12th Ave. South, pleaded guilty to contempt, violation of no-contact/protective order and was fined $100. She was accused on May 21 by the Clinton Police Department.

Disorderly conduct

• Rosalin M. Aadland, 41, 2714 Roosevelt St., was found guilty by court of disorderly conduct, loud or raucous noise and was fined $100. She was accused on May 3 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Stephanie M. Hand, 27, 2211 N. Fifth St., pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, obstruct public way and was fined $65. She was accused on April 25 by the Clinton Police Department.

Driving while barred

• Skyler M. Criswell, 28, 2831 Pershing Blvd., pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was granted a deferred judgement. A $625 civil penalty was imposed. Criswell was accused on March 18 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Shayla L. Kuhse, 24, 216 1/2 Eighth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 60 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 29 days suspended and credit for 31 days served. A $625 fine was suspended. She was accused on March 22 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Christina E. Riojas, 27, 2121 Pershing Blvd., pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. Riojas pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. A $315 fine was suspended. She was accused on Feb. 4 by the Clinton Police Department.

Driving while license denied or revoked

• John W. Riedesel Jr., 61, of Grand Mound, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied or revoked and was fined $1,000. He was accused on March 2 by the Clinton County Sheriff's Office.

Drugs

• Stephanie M. Hand, 27, 2211 N. Fifth St., pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for time served. She was accused on May 23 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Justina M. Nichols, 34, of DeWitt, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was granted a deferred judgement. Nichols was assessed a $515 civil penalty. She was accused on March 22 by the DeWitt Police Department.

Interference with official acts

• Scott L. Gregory, 40, of Leland, North Carolina, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and was fined $250. He was accused on May 31, 2011.

Operate vehicle without owner's consent

• Heather M. Baker, 34, 1335 15th Ave. South, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without owner's consent and was ordered to serve 120 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 115 days suspended and credit for three days served. Public intoxication

• David A. Dalton, 28, Fulton, Iowa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. He was accused on May 23 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Andrew J. Ebensberger, 30, 616 22nd Ave. North, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for time served. He was accused on May 23 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Cody L. Shafer, 32, 505 Ninth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $100. He was accused on May 4 by the Clinton Police Department.

Theft

• Shayla L. Kuhse, 24, 216 1/2 Eighth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft and was ordered to serve 120 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 89 days suspended and credit for 31 days served. A $625 fine was suspended. She was accused on April 21 by the Clinton Police Department.
