Assault

• Tammy J. Lindsay, 45, of Maquoketa, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury or mental illness and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 29 days suspended and credit for one day served, and was fined $315. She was accused Feb. 19 by the DeWitt Police Department.

Criminal mischief

• James C. Cummings, 29, of Chicago, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal mischief and was fined $100. He was accused July 9 by the DeWitt Police Department.

Drugs

• Christina M. Gillen, 32, 907 N. Second St., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was ordered to serve 60 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 60 days suspended. A $315 fine was suspended. Gillen pleaded guilty to eluding and was ordered to serve 60 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 60 days suspended. A $315 fine was suspended. One count of child endangerment was dismissed. She was accused March 22 by the Iowa State Patrol.

• Trevor L. Mangler, 28, of Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $65. He was accused May 26 by the Clinton County Sheriff's Office.

• Catherene R. Teske, 35, 635 Ninth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $100. She was accused June 2 by the Clinton Police Department.

Interference with official acts

• Patrick G. Worsley, 26, 1321 Caroline Ave., pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for time served. He was accused July 12 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Eric J. Zinke, 48, 531 Fifth Ave. North, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and was fined $250. He was accused June 14 by the Clinton Police Department.

Operating while under the influence

• Trevor L. Mangler, 28, of Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating while under the influence, first offense, and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 28 days suspended and credit for one day served, and was fined $1,250. He was accused May 26 by the Clinton County Sheriff's Office.

Public intoxication

• John P. Dewell, 44, 427 Fifth Ave. North, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $100. He was accused July 7 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Joseph J. Lopez, 25, 546 Ninth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for time served. He was accused July 11 by the Clinton Police Department.

Theft

• Racheal M. Bergeron, 35, 2604 N. Fourth St., Apt. 237B, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft and was ordered to serve 120 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 105 days suspended and credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. Bergeron was accused May 29 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Mark M. Wailand, 53, 451 Sixth Ave. South, Apt. 4, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was fined $250. He was accused July 8 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Eric A. White, 45, of DeWitt, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was fined $200. He was accused April 12 by the DeWitt Police Department.
