• One count of contempt, violation of no-contact/protective order, against Damon Cochran, of DeWitt, 25, was dismissed.

Assault

• Toni K. Bousman, 21, of Oneida, Illinois, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury or mental illness and was ordered to serve 60 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 60 days suspended, and was fined $315. Bousman was accused on Aug. 23 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Elizabeth L. Brown, 34, 232 Seventh Ave. North, pleaded guilty to assault and was fined $300. She was accused on Jan. 4 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Anthony D. Farrell, 28, 802 15th Ave. South, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury or mental illness and was ordered to serve 60 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 32 days suspended and credit for 28 days served. A $315 fine was suspended. He was accused on Dec. 13 by the Clinton Police Department.

Consumption of alcohol in public place

• Martin D. Heiserman, 54, of Miles, was found guilty by court of consumption of alcohol in a public place, first offense, and was fined $100. Heiserman was accused on Sept. 29 by the Clinton County Sheriff's Office.

Disorderly conduct

• Anthony D. Farrell, 28, 802 15th Ave. South, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, loud or raucous noise, and was fined $65. He pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and was fined $250. Farrell pleaded guilty to a second count of interference with official acts and was ordered to serve five days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for five days served. One count of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed. Farrell was accused on Dec. 13 by the Clinton Police Department.

Driving while barred

• Matthew M. Stoddard, 28, 104 S. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. He was accused on Nov. 20 by the Clinton Count Sheriff's Office.

Driving while license denied or revoked

• Nicholas S. Jones, 29, of Grand Mound, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied or revoked and was fined $1,000. Jones was accused on Oct. 23 by the Clinton County Sheriff's Office.

Drugs

• Eric L. Coleman, 44, 2604 N. Fourth St., No. 228, pleaded guilty to controlled substance violation and was ordered to serve a sentence of incarceration not to exceed 10 years. A $1,000 fine was suspended. One count of possession of a controlled substance, second offense, was dismissed. He was accused on Aug. 29 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Steven A. Gohn, 22, 850 First Ave., Apt. 4, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was granted a deferred judgement. He was assessed a $515 civil penalty. Gohn was accused on Nov. 21 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Dylin M. Idle, 20, of Moline, Illinois, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $100. Idle was accused on Dec. 27 by the Iowa State Patrol.

• Martin G. Melvin, 52, of Iowa City, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, first offense, and was granted a deferred judgement. He was assessed a $515 civil penalty. Melvin was accused on Nov. 2 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Colley D. Opheim, 31, 1510 Seventh St. Northwest, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $150. Opheim was accused on Dec. 4 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Joshua A. Smith, 37, 641 Seventh Ave. South, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, and was ordered to serve a prison sentence not to exceed five years. A $750 fine was suspended. Smith pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, and was ordered to serve a prison sentence not to exceed five years. Forgery

• Christine L. Moore, 56, of Andrew, pleaded guilty to forgery and was ordered to serve 180 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 180 days suspended, and was fined $625. One count of second-degree fraudulent practice was dismissed. She was accused on Nov. 14 by the Wild Rose Casino.

Interference with official acts

• Tabitha M. Camp, 26, 384 15th St. Southeast, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. Camp was accused on Aug. 15 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Scott A. Plots, 22, 62 Main Ave., pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and was fined $250. Plots pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $200. He was accused on Jan. 1 by the Clinton Police Department.

Public intoxication

• Jarmaine A. Douglas, 33, 133 Fifth Ave. South, Apt. 8, was found guilty by court of public intoxication and was fined $100. Douglas was accused on Nov. 12 by the Clinton Police Department.

Serious injury by vehicle

• Nicole Nielsen, 20, of Camanche, pleaded guilty to serious injury by vehicle and had a sentence of incarceration not to exceed five years suspended. She was fined $750. One count of leaving the scene of accident, serious injury, was dismissed. She was accused by the Clinton Police Department.

Theft

• Timothy M. Johnson, 49, 2113 1/2 Garfield St., pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for time served. Johnson was accused on Dec. 25 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Bradley R. Krebs, 29, 501 N. 11th St., pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was fined $150. He was accused on Dec. 24, 2016, by the Clinton Police Department.

• Ericka H. Malone, 35, 1715 Pershing Blvd., pleaded guilty to third-degree theft and was ordered to serve 280 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 267 days suspended and credit for 13 days served. A $625 fine was suspended. Malone was accused on May 6 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Charles L. Merchant, 44, 726 Eighth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for time served. Merchant was accused on April 20 by the Camanche Police Department.

• Mark M. Wailand, 52, 318 Second Ave. South, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for time served. He was accused on Jan. 4 by the Wild Rose Casino.

Violation of conditions of restricted license

• Anthony L. Taylor, 41, 538 10th Ave. South, pleaded guilty to violation of conditions of restricted license and was fined $50. He was accused on Oct. 13 by the Clinton Police Department.

Violation of no-contact order

• Erin M. Eversoll, 35, 700 Second Ave. South, pleaded guilty to violation of no-contact/protective order, contempt, and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for time served. She was accused on Jan. 12 by the Clinton Police Department.

Violation of probation

• Carrie L. Loper, 39, of Dubuque, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was ordered to serve 20 days in the Clinton County Jail and was ordered to complete the Residential Corrections Facility program in Dubuque. A petition to revoke probation was filed on August 31, 2015.
