• Tanaisha E. Dearmond, 21, 842 Sixth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to assault and was fined $100. She was accused on Aug. 31 by the Clinton Police Department.

Carrying weapons

• Jenna M. Davenport, 20, 423 Seventh Ave. North, pleaded guilty to carrying weapons and was ordered to serve 90 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 89 days suspended and credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. Davenport pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was ordered to serve 90 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 89 days suspended and credit for one day served. • Dakota K. Welch, 22, of Sabula, pleaded guilty to carrying weapons and had a prison sentence not to exceed two years suspended. A $625 fine was suspended. • Kevin T. Johnson, 38, 412 Fourth Ave. North, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, loud or raucous noise and was fined $100. Johnson pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $100. He was accused on Nov. 6 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Aubrae L. Willis, 23, 739 13th Ave. South, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, loud or raucous noise, and was fined $65. Willis pleaded guilty to assault and was fined $65. She was accused on Aug. 16 by the Clinton Police Department.

Driving while barred

• Kayla N. Turner, 23, 622 Ninth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for three days served. A $625 fine was suspended. She was accused on Oct. 3 by the Clinton Police Department.

Driving while license denied or revoked

• Terry L. Crews, 46, of DeWitt, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $100. Crews was accused on Nov. 24 by the DeWitt Police Department.

• Spencer L. Gloden Crews, 20, of DeWitt, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $100. Gloden Crews was accused on Nov. 24 by the DeWitt Police Department.

• Alexis K. Hines, 18, 762 12th Ave. North, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $100. She was accused on Nov. 17 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Nicole L. Hinrichs, 34, 721 S. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, and was granted a deferred judgement. A $750 civil penalty was imposed. She was accused on Sept. 2 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Daman C. Julian, 44, 742 Ninth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, second offense, and was ordered to serve a prison sentence not to exceed two years. A $625 fine was suspended. He was accused on May 13 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Cordell W. Kiersey, 22, of Amboy, Illinois, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, first offense, and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 20 days suspended and credit for 10 days served, and was fined $315. • Evan L. Ellis, 27, of Camanche, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with seven days suspended and credit for three days served. He was accused on June 12 by the Clinton Police Department.

Unauthorized use of a credit card

• Tionna Z. Logan, 23, 2604 N. Fourth St., Apt. 2005, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,000 and was granted a deferred judgement. Logan was assessed a $625 civil penalty. One count of third-degree burglary, motor vehicle, was dismissed. Logan was accused on Oct. 9 by the Clinton Police Department.
