Assault

• Jason R. Creed, 33, 202 N. Bluff Blvd., No. 206, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse-assault, injury or mental illness, first offense, and was granted a deferred judgement. A $515 civil penalty was imposed. He was accused on April 21 by the Clinton Police Department.

Child endangerment

• Christina M. Dykstra, 39, of Walcott, pleaded guilty to child endangerment and was granted a deferred judgement. A $625 civil penalty was imposed. She was accused on April 5 by the Clinton Police Department.

Contempt

• Amanda M. Cuatlacuatl, 37, 440 Fourth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to contempt, violation of no-contact/protective order and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for time served. She was accused on June 6 by the Clinton Police Department.

Contributing to delinquency of a minor

• Kerri J. Desimone, 18, 315 Main Ave., pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor and was fined $100. She was accused on May 31 by the Clinton Police Department.

Disorderly conduct

• Kayla N. Turner, 24, no address given, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, loud or raucous noise, and was fined $65. One count of interference with official acts was dismissed. She was accused on May 10 by the Clinton Police Department.

Driving while barred

• Matthew D. Keeney, 34, 815 Park Place, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 20 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. He was accused on April 25 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Rachel A. Leif, 23, 250 18th Place, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. She was accused on April 21 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Richard L. Scott, 42, of Davenport, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 10 days suspended and credit for one day served, and was fined $625. He was accused on Feb. 27 by the DeWitt Police Department.

Drugs

• Justin J. Campbell, 31, of DeWitt, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, second offense, and was ordered to serve 180 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 179 days suspended and credit for one day served, and was fined $625. He was accused on Feb. 23 by the DeWitt Police Department.

• Kenneth T. Davis, 19, 1155 14th Ave. Northwest, Apt. 15, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $65. One count of interference with official acts was dismissed. He was accused on June 3 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Shane L. Ketelsen, 39, 1050 15th Ave. South, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, second offense, and was ordered to serve 180 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 179 days suspended and credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. Ketelsen was accused on April 29 by the Clinton Police Department.

Public intoxication

• Larry L. Stauffer III, 23, 733 15th Ave. South, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $100. He pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and was fined $250. He was accused on June 2 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Bryan R. Carr, 30, 143 Sixth Ave. South, Apt. 318, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. He was accused on June 6 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Carmen M. Corbin, 44, 200 Fifth Ave. South, Apt. 401, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for time served. She was accused on June 6 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Anthony G. Martin, 58, 2521 Cleveland St., pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $65. He was accused on June 2 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Lawrence B. Monger, 49, 321 Second Ave. North, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for time served. He was accused on June 2 by the Clinton Police Department.

Theft

• Jeffrey S. Eickert, 50, of Andover, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was fined $100. He was accused on May 26 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Shane M. Hickey, 48, of DeWitt, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was fined $100. Hickey was accused on May 30 by the DeWitt Police Department.

Unauthorized use of a credit card

• Christopher A. Teske, 34, 2214 N. Fifth St., Apt. 1, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,000 and was ordered to serve 180 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 120 days suspended and credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. One count of fourth-degree theft was dismissed. He was accused on April 24 by the Clinton Police Department.
