Child endangerment

• Destinee A. Miracle, 25, 143 Sixth Ave. South, Apt. 210, pleaded guilty to child endangerment and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 23 days suspended and credit for seven days served. A $625 fine was suspended. Two counts of child endangerment were dismissed. She was accused on Aug. 2 by the Clinton Police Department.

Driving while barred

• Christopher J. Ball, 34, 423 Second Ave. South, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with nine days suspended and credit for one day served, and was fined $625. He was accused on July 25 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Austin Cramer, 28, 434 Seventh Ave. South, Apt. 2, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 20 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. He was accused on Sept. 5 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Lexus R. Gregory, 23, 444 Fifth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. Gregory was accused on Aug. 30 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Cecil E. Hartson, 56, 2417 14th Ave., pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. He was accused on Oct. 3 by the Clinton Police Department.

Drugs

• Tavian C. Lackland, 18, of Sabula, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, first offense, and was ordered to serve 180 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 175 days suspended and credit for one day served, and was fined $500. He was accused on Sept. 20 by the Clinton Police Department.

Failure to possess or display weapons permit

• Juan Estrada, 25, of Des Moines, pleaded guilty to failure to possess or display a weapon permit and was fined $100. He was accused on May 7 by the Clinton Police Department.

Theft

• Michael A. Williams, 51, 321 Second Ave. North, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft and was ordered to serve 90 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 89 days suspended and credit for one day served. He was fined $625 and ordered to complete 200 hours of community service. He was accused on April 22 by the Clinton Police Department.
