CLINTON — A Lost Nation man was ordered to serve a sentence of incarceration for one felony and two misdemeanor charges.

Damien L. Hunt, 34, appeared Thursday in Clinton County District Court for sentencing for eluding, a Class D felony; operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor; and driving while revoked, a serious misdemeanor.

District Court Judge Joel Barrows ordered Hunt to serve a sentence of incarceration not to exceed five years for eluding. A $750 fine was suspended. He was ordered to serve a sentence of incarceration not to exceed two years for operating while intoxicated, second offense. Hunt was fined $1,875. Barrows ordered Hunt to serve a sentence of 364 days for driving while revoked. A $1,000 fine was suspended. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.

Hunt was given credit for time served on all three charges. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively to a sentence imposed in a Pottawattamie County case.
