Assault

• Robert D. Lincoln, 54, 215 N. Third St., pleaded guilty to assault on persons in certain occupations and was ordered to serve 14 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for 14 days served. A $315 fine was suspended. He was accused on June 2 by the Clinton County Sheriff's Office.

Contempt

• Christopher L. Jackson Jr., 25, 906 Fifth Ave. South, Apt. 1, pleaded guilty to contempt, violation of a no-contact/protective order and was ordered to serve seven days in the Clinton County Jail.

• Nathaniel D. Tate, 41, 1114 Second Ave. South, pleaded guilty to contempt, violation of no-contact/protective order and was ordered to serve 12 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for time served. He was accused on June 17 by the Clinton Police Department.

Disorderly conduct

• Matthew W. Radenslaben, 35, 3000 1/2 N. Second St., pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, fighting or violent behavior and was fined $100. One count of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed. He was accused on May 1 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Travis T. Moore, 38, 133 1/2 Fifth Ave. South, Apt. 7, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, abusive epithet/threatening gesture and was fined $100. He was accused on May 17 by the Clinton Police Department.

Driving while barred

• Keith R. Harkey, 30, of Fulton, Illinois, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 20 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for eight days served. A $625 fine was suspended. He was ordered to complete 50 hours of community service. He was accused on May 12 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Luke L. Stewart, 45, of Camanche, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. He was accused on May 6 by the Camanche Police Department.

Driving while license denied or revoked

• Jakob M. Rathje, 41, 416 Seventh Ave. South, Apt. D, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied or revoked and was fined $1,000. He was accused on Jan. 13 by the Clinton Police Department.

Drugs

• Kindrea M. Chavez, 37, of Mount Carroll, Illinois, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $100. She pleaded guilty to provide false identification information and was fined $100. Chavez was accused on June 26 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Kenneth A. Hansen, 39, 1023 Pershing Blvd., pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance, second offense, and had a prison sentence not to exceed two years suspended on each count. A $625 fine was suspended on each count. He was accused on July 14 by the Clinton Police Department.

Interference with official acts

• Eric W. Johnson, 32, of Davenport, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and was fined $250. He was accused on May 14 by the DeWitt Police Department.

• Alan R. Wulf, 33, 3027 Cleveland St., pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and was fined $250. He was accused on June 28 by the Clinton Police Department.

Public intoxication

• Austin L. Davis, 27, 2349 N. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $100. He was accused on July 1 by the Clinton Police Department.

Theft

• Brent M. Burlingame, 49, 1530 N. Third St., pleaded guilty to two counts of fifth-degree theft and was fined $100 and $200. He was accused on May 15 and June 16 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Douglas K. Smith, 53, of Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was fined $250. He was accused on June 28 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Mandy A. Steinhauer, 43, 1530 N. Third St., pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was fined $100. She was accused on May 15 by the Clinton Police Department.
