CLINTON — Clinton County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections Eric Van Lancker announced the “WhereUVote” app for Clinton County has been updated with information for the Primary Election taking place June 5.
“WhereUVote IA – Clinton County” was developed by Evil Twin Software and debuted in Clinton County for the General Election in 2016. A voter can enter their address into the app and it will tell the voter where their polling place is located on Election Day. The app also will inform voters where they can vote absentee before Election Day.
The app will automatically update for the Primary Election for those voters who have already downloaded the app for their Android or Apple mobile device. Those who wish to have the Primary Election information on their mobile device can download the “WhereUVote IA - Clinton County” app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
“We continue to provide this service to our voters so they know their options about where and when they may vote,” Van Lancker said. “This app will open a navigation app on the user’s device that will display the name of the polling location and where it is located on the map.”
