CLINTON — A Clinton man has been charged with three counts of felony sexual abuse.
Riccardo Williams, 47, 1241 Gateway Ave., Apt. 5, is charged with three counts of third-degree sexual abuse, a Class C felony. Attorney Joel Saldivar has been appointed to represent Williams. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Sept. 22.
According to the affidavit, an officer was dispatched to Clinton on Saturday for a report of sexual assault. The officer on scene made contact with the mother of an alleged juvenile victim. The mother stated her juvenile son was sexually assaulted.
The juvenile victim stated he went to Williams’ residence to play video games with his brother and another juvenile male. The juvenile male stated while he was at the apartment a slender black male asked the alleged victim if he would do some work for him. The juvenile victim stated the man gave him a $1 bill and asked him to move a large box television from the living room to the man’s bedroom. The man then allegedly committed a sex act with the juvenile male.
