CLINTON — No one was injured in a fire at a Clinton home Saturday.

Firefighters were called at 8 p.m. to 2916 Roosevelt St. for a reported structure fire. When they arrived, they discovered smoke coming from a side door. The fire was quickly extinguished.

One person was home at the time of the fire but was not injured. The residence sustained a small amount of fire, smoke and water damage, according to a press release.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
