CLINTON — A parole violation report was filed last week against a Camanche man who allegedly violated the terms of parole on multiple occasions.
Parole Officer Gina Gregoire filed a preliminary parole violation report, alleging John R. Lessard, 32, of Camanche, violated the terms of parole. Gregoire in the report alleges on Sept. 7 and Oct. 16 Lessard violated the rule supervision conduct by missing a scheduled parole appointment. Gregoire additionally alleges Lessard violated the terms of parole on Oct. 4 by violating the rule of substance abuse. Lessard allegedly admitted to using methamphetamine.
The report states Gregoire conducted a house check at Lessard’s listed residence at the residence of his parents. Lessard’s parents reported Lessard had not been staying at his residence and they did know his whereabouts. Gregoire was able to make contact with Lessard on Oct. 6 when Lessard reported to Gregoire’s office. Lessard allegedly admitted to using methamphetamine on Oct. 4.
Lessard’s father called on Oct. 11 stating he did not want Lessard living at his residence anymore since Lessard was allegedly using drugs at the residence and leaving paraphernalia, including what appeared to be methamphetamine residue and used needles in the residence.
