Luncheon showcases student leaders

CLINTON — Clinton Community College student leaders were recognized by the CCC Alumni Association at the annual Student Leader luncheon. 

The 25 students honored were nominated by CCC staff and faculty for showing leadership in the classroom, on campus and in the community.

Iowa Rep. Mary Wolfe was the keynote speaker for the annual event, presenting her views on leadership to the group. CCC president Karen Vickers welcomed the student leaders, and CCC Alumni Association president Kris Hingstrum introduced Wolfe. 

CCC Dean of the College Ron Serpliss and Dean of Students Lisa Miller also participated in the annual recognition.
