Bob was a member of “The Ramblers”; they played many dances over many years and rotating members. He later played with Del and the Country Gentlemen. Bob was a charter member of the Bellevue Ambulance with 10 years of service.

Bob had many hobbies; he enjoyed spending time on the river fishing, boating, swimming, and water skiing. He also enjoyed woodworking, gardening, playing euchre, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
