Her dolls have been on display at the University of Iowa, the DuPont mansion in Maryland and in window displays in downtown Chicago. Penny was also a true animal lover, having beloved pets from birds, cats and dogs. “Chico,” her cockatiel, now resides at Mercy Living Center South for the residents and their families to enjoy.

Penny is survived by her daughter, Rachael (Jeff) Schroeder of Fort Myers, FL; a grandson, Logan; her mother, Dolores of Clinton; two sisters, Michelle Malli and Tamara Edwards-Dulany (Martin), both of Clinton; two brothers, Michael “Mick” Edwards of Bonne Terre, MO, and David Edwards of Kentucky; a niece, Kelsey (Adam) Simmons of Clinton; a nephew, James Malli IV of Clinton; and a great-niece and nephew, Blake and Emma.
