MORRISON, Ill. — Marjorie R. Pell, 91, of Morrison, died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013 at Four Seasons Living Center, Morrison.
The funeral will be 10:30 a.m Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013 at the Emmanuel Reformed Church, Morrison, with Rich Criss, Ministry Coordinator with Emmanuel Reformed Church, officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, 2013 at the Morrison Chapel – Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home. Burial will be in Grove Hill Cemetery, Morrison.
Memorials can be made to Four Seasons Living Center, Morrison.
She was born Nov. 1, 1921 in Clinton, to Elmer and Elizabeth (Ottens) VanDellen. Marjorie was educated in the Fulton Grade Schools and was a graduate of Fulton High School, Fulton, Ill.
She married Fred Pell on Oct. 3, 1946 in Fulton. He died Jan. 16, 2010.
Marjorie was a homemaker. She was a a member of the Emmanuel Reformed Church. Fellowship with her family was a significant part of her life.
Survivors include a daughter, Beth Pell Williams of DeWitt; five sons, John Pell of DeKalb, Ill., Ron (Jennifer) Pell of Concord, Calif., Steven Pell of Morrison, Randy Pell of Morrison, and Roger Pell of Morrison; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Isabelle Benson of Morrison.
She was preceded in death by her parent, husband, Fred; and a brother, Floyd VanDellen.
