Jump online, see our redesign

Here at the Clinton Herald, we recognize that you — our readers — are the reason we’re in business. So we are continually working to improve our products to make them easier and more enjoyable to use. That’s why we’re excited to share our newly redesigned websites and mobile apps with you.

We have redesigned our website to be cleaner, simpler and more focused on the content that matters to you. You’ll notice more stories and images at the top of our homepage. Videos and photo galleries are featured more prominently. And the site navigation travels with you as you scroll down the page, so you’re never more than one click away from logging in to your account, accessing the e-paper, or signing up for email alerts. And as always, we’ve designed the site to look great on any device — from your desktop computer to your tablet or smartphone.

You’ll also notice big changes on our apps, which are available for download on iOS, Android and Kindle devices. In addition to a cleaner design that makes it easier to find the latest news, we’ve added several new features. You can now select favorite articles and save them for future viewing, even when you’re offline. You can also set up a custom “My News” page tailored to your interests. And we’ve made improvements to the way photo galleries and videos are displayed inside the app. The features you love on the e-paper are still there, and now you can choose whether you want to view that online edition or our latest, live news when you open the app. Set your default preference, and the app will always bring you to the edition you prefer.

Our efforts to improve our products for you, our readers, continue. We hope you’ll share your feedback with us, and we’ll keep working to bring you all of the important news and information from our community.
