Bring in outside contractor to run the city

I have watched and listened to what our city leaders have been saying and doing for many years.

And believe the last 10 years have been the worst in Clinton’s history. We have elected leaders who do not know how to lead nor do they know anything about running a corporation with a budget and the problems like Clinton has, so they continue to make it worse.

It is time to hire a outside contractor to take over and run the city like a business.

The council could meet once a year and look at the progress.

Also, I would like to thank Linda Boardson for her great letter to the editor about ALEC.

ALEC is more beating up on the little guy by the top 10 percent.

Charles Smith,

Clinton
