Photo submitted Decisions, decisions — Putting an exhibit together is a lot of work, but a lot of fun too. Carolyn Early says that the stories the people tell about their memorabilia are just as important as the items themselves. Here she sorts items for the “Remember the Vets!” exhibit that will open Wednesday, November 11, at 11 a.m. at the Crosby Memorial Library. The Friends are also hosting a Veterans Day fundraiser to benefit the Crosby Library book budget. The luncheon will begin about 11:30 a.m. Tickets are on sale at the circulation desk in the library and are $12 each. Photo submitted/The Picayune Item (Click for larger image)
