CLINTON — It came down to the fifth golfer at Canyon Creek on Friday between Camanche and Easton Valley.

Camanche’s Kerri Lord had a 9-hole round of 58 while Easton Valley’s Jadie Andersen scored 80, thus giving the Indians the meet win.

Allison Donahue was individual meet medalist with a score of 48. Easton Valley’s Kiley Petersen scored a 51, followed by Kalli Miller with 52.

Northeast’s top golfer was Emma Bowman (55).

On the boys’ side, Northeast had the top two golfers to knock off the River Hawks in a dual. Tyler Banowetz shot 43 to win the dual while Jarrett Sterk followed with 44. Banowetz had two pars in the round.

The River Hawks’ top golfer was Carson McNeil with 44. Blake Bormann shot a 45, and was tied with Banowetz through five holes, but struggled on the par-3 sixth hole with an 8-shot performance.
