PRESTON — Easton Valley scored wins in boys and girls golf against Central City on Tuesday at Plum River Golf Course.

Blake Bormann shot a 40 to claim medalist honors in the boys meet and lead Easton Valley to a 172-202 win. River Hawks teammates Carson McNeil, Kyle Petersen and Marshall Driscoll each finished with a 44, with McNeil getting runner-up honors by a cardback.

Bormann’s round included pars on Nos. 1, 5, 6, 7 and 8. He bogeyed the other four holes.

The River Hawks won the girls meet even though Central City had the top two scores because Wildcats had only three scorers, one fewer than needed.

Kalli Miller led Easton Valley with a 52. Her round included a pair on No. 5 and bogeys on Nos. 8 and 9.
