Fulton baseball team wins thriller

PORT BYRON, Ill. — The Fulton Steamers rallied from five runs down in the top of the seventh to forced extra innings in a 11-10 win over Riverdale in Illinois baseball action on Tuesday.
Fulton scored five runs in the third to take a 5-2 lead over the Rams.
Riverdale would then score eight runs over the next four innings to take a 10-5 lead.
The Steamers pushed five across the plate in the seventh to tie the game.
In the top of the tenth, Fulton scored one to take the 11-10 lead then held on for the win.
Fulton’s Jared Kuebel tallied three RBIs at the plate and took the win in relief on the mound.
