Easton Valley tops Marquette Tuesday

---- — BELLEVUE — Chase Zaruba scored 26 points on Tuesday night as Easton Valley defeated Bellevue Marquette 57-44.

Zaruba, who has been on a scoring tear in the second half this season, scored 14 of those 26 in the first half while teammate Logan Wilhelm scored 12 of his 18 in the first half.

The score at halftime was 37-21 in favor of the River Hawks.

Marquette had two players who scored in double digits — Karter Kilburg led the Mohawks with 11 points; Logan Schroeder chipped in 10 points.
