---- — DURANT — Camanche turned a comeback win in Game 1 into a three-game sweep Thursday in River Valley Conference volleyball.

The Indians defeated Durant-Bennett 26-24, 25-10, 25-21 in a league crossover game.

A key for Camanche (7-2, 3-0 conference) was battling back from a 23-19 deficit in the first game.

“I felt we came out a little rusty; it was our second road game in a couple of days,” Camanche coach Josh Davis said. “I can’t think of one thing that turned it around.”

Serving was one key for the Indians. Kylie Vogel delivered four aces, while Julia Moore added three.

Libby Schnoor led the Indians with 17 kills and six digs, while Brett Hilgendorf added nine. Vogel had 26 assists.

Camanche holds its annual tournament Saturday, with Bellevue, Easton Valley, Northeast and Mediapolis participating.
